   What is the difference of CMobi and wwigo ?

   CMobi allows to share and record actions on your mobile screen wherease wwigo allows you to use as wireless webcam.

Technical

   wwigo works normally on my PC but when I use it in Skype, it only shows 'wwigo Not Connected' screen.

   Kindly make you sure that you are using wwigo in only one application. If you are using wwigo in your skype then do not launch it in any other app such as the wwigo PC app, movie maker etc

   how to install mobile file seperately, it did not install along with the PC application setup.

   First of all make sure that you have downloaded the correct version of application based on the mobile phone/platform type. Open your 'Run' window and open the folder 'C:\Program Files\Motvik\wwigo'( Assuming that you have installed the application in C:\Program Files, if you have installed the application in any other drive then substitute the path for that here. Look for the file name wwigoMobileApp.sisx , right click on the file and then choose 'to Bluetooth' and send it to your phone. After the complete file transfer to the phone, install the application in the mobile.

   I get the error "Bluetooth: HCI Error 6016 on my mobile" or "Bluetooth: L2CAP error 6312 on my mobile"

   This error occurs when the bluetooth connection times out at the mobile application end when trying to connect to PC application. In some cases the bluetooth driver software at the PC end awaits authentication and have not generally synced with mobile over bluetooth to allow any transfer. Look for highlighting of the Bluetooth icon, click on it to complete the authentication.

   I cannot install wwigo as I am unable to uninstall older version of wwigo.

   Download a tool called "Process Explorer" at the following link: http://technet.microsoft.com/hi-in/sysinternals/bb896653(en-us).aspx

   And follow the steps below:

   1. Restart your PC and don't start any browser etc..
   2. Launch ProcessExplorer application
   3. And search for MobileCamera.ax in the Process Explorer
   4. Check out the applications that are using wwigo
   5. Kill the applications or processes using wwigo.

   Now uninstall the old version and install the new version

   I got "WWIGO Filter Initialization Failed" error ?

   To rectify such error, the following checks are useful
   Make sure your bluetooth is enabled and activated.
   Ensure that only one application is using wwigo at a given point in time. Do not use skype/msn or any other IM at the same time as the wwigo PC app.
   If you still get the error, send us error logs generated in c:Motvikwwigo or c:MotvikTechCMobi to our support id.
